QUESTION: What about Vallejo inspires you?​

​This billboard design competition debuted on July 7, 2024 and was only open to Vallejo and Benicia students. In 2026, it will be open exclusively to all Solano County students (ages 16-26).​
This free-to-enter competition offers prizes valued at $18,000.

Competition Leveling Up in 2026: We’re pressing pause to power UP!
​
To stand behind 707 Week, one of the Bay Area’s most electrifying new movements, Inspire Vallejo is shifting gears and will return in 2026 — bigger, bolder, and countywide.
​
Why? Because it’s not just about billboards. It’s about building culture, lifting voices, and making space for young artists to lead a new creative future.

What’s happening?

2025: We’re supporting and amplifying 707 Week across Vallejo.

2026: We’re back — integrating with 707 Week and expanding Inspire Vallejo across all of Solano County.​
Thank you for your interest in the Inspire Vallejo Design Challenge! This art/billboard competition reflects a vision of inclusivity, creativity, and positive impact.

The 2026 submission window will open on July 7th (7.07 is easy to remember).

Finalists will be evaluated by a panel of judges who will decide on the Top 3 Designs of Inspire Vallejo — with prizes valued at $18,000.
